My Approach
Most mental health models are built around treating outdated fixed diagnostic symptoms. My work is not. My idea is to show people new empirical neuroscience on how their brain predicts their emotional reality, and how to update it. Your emotions are not who you are.
They are simulations shaped by early sensory memory, the language you labelled it, and the energy you had available at the time.
The mission: to make emotional regulation predictable, rational, sensory, and grounded in your own prediction system, not in generic advice or coping tools.
